Not only is my husband in full swing with harvest, but our children break up for summer today. ❤️

It’s for this reason that August appointments are reduced. I only get one chance at raising them. And I’d like to spend our summers together (chaos and all).

Well that was a hot week! 🫠

Back in the Hub Treatment room today. Thank you to this week’s clients for going with the flow whilst I moved us to a cooler space.

Another treatment has been added to the menu. ✅

Due to existing bookings, this will be available from the week commencing 4th May.

Lymphatic drainage was developed in the 1930s by Danish physician Dr Emil Vodder. Using the Vodder Method of Lymphatic Drainage Massage, this treatment can effectively support the lymphatic system, helping to reduce metabolic waste, enhance immune function, and promote the return of cleansed lymph to the bloodstream.
