We were very kindly invited to The Rose Retreat Boutique Spa and what an incredible experience it was! Set in the beautiful surroundings of Cyfartha Park, this place is truly something special 🌿

The zen relaxation suite — complete with an infrared sauna, robe & slippers, and complimentary refreshments — is available to all guests booking a full spa treatment or package, and it really does complement the whole visit perfectly. There’s also a huge range of treatments to choose from.

This is where Leigh and I are complete opposites 😂 She fully embraced the zen relaxation room, while I had the absolute pleasure of indulging in a luxurious treatment. We were so well looked after by Shannon and Ang — they were fantastic!

I had the Gaia crystal therapy ritual, and I honestly can’t even begin to explain how amazing I felt afterwards. It was genuinely the best treatment I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried quite a few over the years!). Even though this isn’t usually Leigh’s kind of thing, we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We would 💯 recommend this place to anyone — from start to finish, everything was just amazing! If you’re thinking of treating yourself, get it booked in. They also have a dual spa treatment room, so you can share the experience too ✨
