Whether you are suffering from stress or anxiety or just cannot sleep, I will take the time to listen to

your issues and assess you during the consultation period and refer you to other agencies if deemed necessary. A treatment plan tailored to individual needs will be implemented to aid relaxation and well-being. A foot spa and cup of tea and home made biscuit or cake is offered during the consultation, and you can relax in friendly, tranquil surroundings. All information shared will be in complete confidence. Qualified to diploma level in Reflexology and aromatherapy (pending), Indian head massage and Reiki. The aromatherapy consists of Schiatzu massage with essential oils. I am qualified in conventional medicine with a previous nursing background and complementary therapy, As a complementary therapist, I am unable to diagnose or treat medical conditions. A member of the federation of holistic therapists and fully insured. Tried the rest.......now try the best.
