Hi, I’m Anne,
an Integrative Life & Wellbeing Coach and I support busy professionals to gently reconnect with themselves and create lasting, sustainable change.

My work is grounded in evidence-based Coaching and Psychology, and enriched by mindful, body-based practices including Reiki, Kundalini Acu-Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Therapy.

Having experienced in my 30s what it feels like to appear successful on the outside while feeling overwhelmed and disconnected within, I deeply understand the challenges many professionals face.

Group and 1-1 Meditation Sessions

This hour-long session is designed to help you transition from the noise of daily life into a state of deep, restorative stillness. You will be met with soft music and the gentle scent of essential oils, signalling to your nervous system that it is time to unwind.

To ensure your experience is as seamless as possible, everything you need for the session is fully provided. I will supply yoga mats, cosy blankets, pillows and eye masks. However, if you have a personal yoga mat, specific cushions, or a favourite blanket that helps you feel more comfortable, you can bring them along. I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing so you can relax fully into the practice and sense of mental clarity and a noticeable reduction in stress and anxiety. Beyond the immediate physical benefits, you will leave with a quiet mind and a deeper connection to yourself and the community around you.

Somatic embodiment and nervous system regulation is not about “calming yourself down” or fixing yourself.

It is about learning how to stay present with your inner experience and regulate yourself toward safety.

Through somatic work, people begin to reconnect with the subtle language of the body, learning to listen instead of constantly fighting, suppressing, or pushing through symptoms and stress.

At the centre, Sara offers regular Somatic & Myofascial Release Workshops, Somatic Nervous System Regulation Courses, yoga classes with a somatic touch, and 1-1 coaching for people experiencing chronic stress, burnout, persistent pain, anxiety, fatigue, and other long-standing health symptoms.

These spaces are designed to help people better understand the nervous system, the impact of stress and trauma on the body, and how regulation and healing can emerge through safety, awareness, compassion, and gradual embodied work.

This work is not about symptom biohacking or forcing the body to change.

It is about creating the conditions for deeper healing by supporting the nervous system, increasing capacity, and rebuilding a safer relationship with the body.
