I have something exciting to announce 🤗

I am now based a few days a week at the amazing The Health Sanctuary 💚 based in Seaham due to open next week! I will be offering my advanced masseuse skills and offering 1 hour and 1.5 hour sports and wellbeing massages.

I will also still be offering massages at home.

As many of you know, being an ex-England cricketer I know the anatomy of the body and how the muscles work, and what they need in order to recover. Massage has a huge positive impact on the general wellbeing of a person and it’s important to regular massages for general health.

I’m enjoying my sports & well being massage business. I have played professional sport at the highest level with lots of ups and downs…especially injuries and I quickly realised that self care and sports massage hugely aided my recovery and all round general health.
