Making a Difference, Together.

As part of our Remember Together campaign for Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month, the TrinityPlus Healthcare team was proud to donate a number of Memory Boxes to Live Well Hub Stockton-on-Tees.

Each Memory Box has been thoughtfully prepared to encourage conversation, spark memories, provide meaningful activities, and bring moments of comfort and connection to individuals living with dementia.

This donation is more than a box of activities, it's a reminder that no one should face dementia alone. By working together with local organisations, we can help create more understanding, more support, and more compassionate communities for individuals living with dementia and the families who care for them.

A heartfelt thank you to Live Well Hub for the incredible work you do every day.
