Inner child work is so moving
Imagine what your child self would think of where you are now. What would they think?

Stop waiting till you’re pregnant to change your habits ✋️

Try this instead...
Imagine you’re in the first trimester NOW. Feeling tired, nauseous, wanting to protect that little life growing inside of you. 🤰

Now live your life like it is happening RIGHT NOW. Don’t wait for it.

If you're currently drinking alcohol and caffeine, neglecting sleep and rest, trying to do everything yourself with little or no boundaries, you’re not telling your nervous system it’s safe to conceive.

Start living your life like you’re in the first trimester and see where it takes you…✨️

Prioritise healthy eating, GENTLE movement, warm foods, rest and recuperation. Honour calm and safety, and carve out space for joy!

DM me “CYCLE” to see how cycle syncing could help you along with this.

I don't think I talk about this enough...
I LOVE Reiki and genuinely believe Reiki changes lives. I have seen this with my clients and experienced it myself.

If I hadn’t found Reiki I honestly don’t think I would be doing what I do today 🙏

Let me know in the comments what YOU love about Reiki!

Hear me out…
Conception is as much of a spiritual process as it is physical.

Nobody seems to mention this, but we treat conception as if it is purely a physical process. But we can so often forget the emotional and mental side and ESPECIALLY the spiritual.

On the mental and emotional side - we forget how much of a crucial part stress plays in the trying to conceive journey, we forget the resilience that is needed to survive another two week wait.

We forget that to home life, our nervous system needs to feel SAFE and regulated.

Spiritually, your womb space is a centre of creation, transformation and joy. It is not JUST a space to hold life. It is constantly changing, adapting and transforming and you can connect to it spiritually when you’re TTC.
Connect into that transformational nature, understand your cycles and the way you need to ebb and flow with them - merging the physical with the spiritual.

It sounds woo woo, but never underestimate the power of meditation, visualisation and moon magic on your trying to conceive journey.

Save this post for when you need a reminder.
