Teaching is an incredibly rewarding parts of my work.
Working as a UK faculty and expert trainer with Allergan Aesthetics, one of the leading companies globally in aesthetic medicine, gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with fellow medical professionals.
A photo from a recent training day at the DRS Clinic, where my approach is simple: create a warm, supportive environment, with just enough challenge to push people further. Somewhere colleagues can ask questions, refine their techniques and build confidence in their own clinical judgement. Taking something away that they can apply into their own clinics immediately.
Watching those moments when understanding clicks and confidence grows is why I love training.
