“The skin you see tomorrow is influenced by the protection you choose today.”
Let’s dig a little deeper into this statement. In a world that wants its results yesterday, it’s really hard to convince someone that long term investments are worthwhile. When we say your future you, you may think of next week, we think of next year, and the year after that, and on, and on. My skin is so heavily pigmented. You can’t hide that from the Observ skin scanner. And despite my best efforts all summer, using SPF, seeking shade, using a pigment inhibitor and a retinol throughout the year, I still have pigment all over my face. So why do I bother? What I can’t see and what I can’t show you is what I’d look like if I hadn’t done these things, how much worse it would have looked. So I will continue to use my skin care KNOWING that the future me will be glad I did.
