🛍️ Birthday Shopping & Healthy Haul! 🎉

In the spirit of my birthday, I went shopping today and stocked up on a bounty of fresh fruits and veggies! 🥦🍓🥕
But tell me, am I the only one who goes shopping with a list and still ends up buying things I didn’t plan for?

🎉 Day 7 of Our Accountability Challenge & It’s My Birthday! 🎉

Another year older, stronger, and more determined! Instead of taking the day off, I’m showing up for myself with a special birthday workout session—because what better way to celebrate life than by moving this body that God has blessed me with?

💪 Today’s goal:
✅ 20 lunges (10 per leg)
✅ 25 squats
✅ 350 skips
✅ 30 minutes of brisk walking or jogging

I want to make this fun, so let’s turn this into a challenge! Do a workout today in my honor, tag me, and let’s stay accountable together. Let’s celebrate health, consistency, and progress!
