Friday 9.30-11am & 11.30-12.30pm Each week focuses on a series of different postures i.e.

Iyengar Yoga has a systemised sequence of yoga postures that enable the student to develop slowly and safely. Certain props may be used like a block, belt or bolster to encourage the student to experience the posture with more ease. Standings postures, seated forward bends & twists, backbends, breath work and restorative postures.

I’m so excited to be running fortnightly yoga classes at Westerlands in Graffham. Come join me this Friday May 8th for an hour of “Moving Inwards” 6pm.
This nourishing session blends supported restorative postures, gentle pranayama (breathing practices), and guided meditation to calm the nervous system and cultivate a profound sense of ease.

Just come back from a 3-day Shiatsu retreat with incredibly inspiring practitioners Kate Burford & Tracey Krikler in Shropshire. We learnt some valuable tools to regulate our nervous system, so that when we give a treatment, we have “Grounded Presence”.
We worked with techniques to bring movement into the receivers body focusing on shoulders, psoas muscle & the vagus nerve that calms the nervous system.
We stayed in the most beautiful haven . If you ever need an escape & time to connect with your authentic self, Ecopsia holds retreats there. Highly recommend 🙏✨
