I know one thing is for sure… we are stronger together!

Homeopathy is becoming mainstream.
Yet the battle we are in as a profession is vile.

Quite honestly, it’s the exact opposite of the essence of frequency medicine.

Everyday without fail!
Why? Because my metabolism was messed up with lifestyle choices and excruciating grief.

Morning light is free. Easy to implement and for me has been the foundation for my whole health picture.

We don’t live like we did 50 years ago.

The levels of environmental exposure. The way we work. The light we live under. The food we eat. The hours we keep. The constant stimulation. The disruption to natural rhythms.

The world around us has changed, and our health has to respond to that.

Homeopathy has to keep up too.

If you’re looking for individualised, practical homeopathy that also accounts for the realities of modern life, this is how I work.

Hyper-productivity can function as a way of regulating an uncomfortable internal state rather than simply reflecting healthy motivation.

A useful distinction is:
* Productivity from regulation: “I have energy, I know what matters, and I can stop when I’m done.”
* Productivity as regulation: “I need to keep doing things so I don’t feel anxious, restless, guilty, empty, or out of control.”

Signs the second may be happening include:
* Feeling uneasy or guilty when you aren’t accomplishing something.
* Constantly adding more tasks although you’ve done enough.
* Do you use work, exercise, cleaning, planning, or achievement to avoid uncomfortable feelings.
* Being highly productive but chronically tense, wired, or unable to relax.
* Alternating between overdrive and exhaustion/shutdown.
* Find rest difficult, or the need to earn it.
* Your productivity drops sharply when external structure disappears.

Being highly productive doesn’t automatically mean your nervous system is dysregulated.

The key question is what happens underneath the productivity and whether you can flexibly shift between activation, effort, rest, and recovery.

Ask yourself “If nothing needed to be accomplished today, would I feel peaceful, or would it feel uncomfortable and would I have to find something to do?”

Had the privilege of seeing my client face to face today after treating online for a few months.

This meant I could muscle test the new remedies and run a quantum resonance scan.

We even had a lovely long walk in the glorious sunshine as she’d driven quite a way for her appointment.

Busy but fabulous day.

Circadian Reset

Research supports light as a fundamental regulator of circadian biology, and circadian biology is fundamental to metabolic health.

20-30 mins outside in the morning light within 30 mins of waking up is a literal reset. If you’re stuck and don’t know how to help yourself. Try this consistently and see the difference. The morning light triggers a cascade of daily events.

* Regulates your circadian rhythm
* Encourages a healthy sleep/wake routine
* Helps melatonin release at night
* Improves sleep quality and timing
* More consistent cortisol rhythms
* Increases morning alertness and focus
* Boosts mood and emotional wellbeing
* Better appetite regulation
* Better insulin sensitivity
* Improved blood sugar regulation
* Improved energy metabolism

Was treated to this sight whilst enjoying my morning light ✨
