Thank you for trusting me with your health, your strength, and your confidence this year. Thank you for letting me be a part of your fitness journey.

Remember: one day, one meal, or one week doesn’t undo your progress.

Enjoy Christmas, move when you can, rest when you need to — and get back to your routine when you’re ready.

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you all know that there will be some changes to my fitness class schedule after Christmas. Unfortunately, due to a change in personal circumstances, I won’t be able to continue running some of my regular classes.
I’ve recently started a very demanding course and am also exploring some new paths within the fitness industry. It has been an absolute pleasure running so many classes and meeting so many amazing people along the way.

Classes running as normal:
• Monday morning and lunchtime classes
• All Tuesday classes

Classes I will no longer be running:
• Evening classes
• 6am classes
• All Thursday classes

My PT sessions will not be affected. All regular clients will continue with their usual weekly sessions as normal, and I’ll also be accepting new clients from January.
