The Lord's Prayer that Most people know it to be is translated into Greek, then Old English and then modern day English... or in Hebrew... so it's interesting to see the variations still... but all of them pretty darn close going from original text Aramaic to English 🌿

Gratitude is one of the simplest prayers/mantras we can do.

Being grateful for the Good and not so Good events in your life brings you clarity, peace and understanding.

The more you make this a daily routine in your life, coming from truth of heart, the more beautiful events will occur.

Past events drop away when we learn Gratitude.

"The Lie said to the Truth, "Let's take a bath together, the well water is very nice. The Truth, still suspicious, tested the water and found out it really was nice. So they got naked and bathed. But suddenly, the Lie leapt out of the water and fled, wearing the clothes of the Truth.

The Truth, furious, climbed out of the well to get her clothes back. But the World, upon seeing the naked Truth, looked away, with anger and contempt. Poor Truth returned to the well and disappeared forever, hiding her shame.

Sacred spaces bring people together, even though some may not know why they gather. They gather as there is something within saying this is right.

Some sacred places can be your own space in your own home.

Sit for a while, 10 minutes, allow your thoughts to wonder on by without taking hold of them.

Sit in this beautiful stillness doing nothing, just breathing slowly, noticing the peace that has descended all around you and smile 🙂
