This is more a reminder because we have posted about this previously so just to remind and make it clear regarding appointments booked in with Lisa.

Please remember this is our income so if you don't turn up and don't cancel an appointment, it gives us no chance to offer to someone else and we lose out financially and have bills that need to be paid.

We obviously take into account emergencies happen but if you book an appointment and can't make it please let us know.

🔔 If you don't attend and don't cancel you will be asked to pay for the missed appointment.

People do not always offer to pay for the missed appointment and it is unfair we should have to absorb the loss so we will ask for payment - as many, if not most, places do these days due to the losses encountered.

If not sure about anything please ask.
