Hello June, a new month and a new Feel Fresh for me 💚

Thursday's top tip is 'don't skip the toner'.

I know a lot of people don't use a facial toner, but it is such a fantastic product and a very important step. My preferred choice of toning essence is always Morning Mist, which is a lightweight spray mist, it will balance the skin pH, add hydration and helps any product that follows (be that your moisturiser or serums) be better absorbed into your skin, making them work better, and delivering a bigger bang for your buck.

However it doesn't stop there, Morning Mist is great for a cooling spray on a hot day, amazing for hot flushes, to take down sunburn, calms itchy skin, a makeup setter, also a great detangler for your hair💧

Although you only need a couple of pumps of this, don't skimp, I use this one twice a day and totally Drench my face in it and it just completely soaks in and disappears.

IF you are still not a fan of toner, then after cleansing, and before your moisturiser, splash your face ten times with really cold water 💧

If you order toner as part of your collection. Use it, it won't deliver any benefits, sitting in your bathroom cabinet 😊
