📣 Are you suffering from hormonal migraines, PMS, heavy/painful periods, irritability, water retention, weight gain or sore b***s?!! You could have oestrogen dominance or excess oestrogen.📈  
 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀  
👉🏻 There are many causes of excess oestrogen including:
➡️ previously being on the pill
➡️ poor gut health
➡️ obesity
➡️ impaired detoxification
➡️ chronic stress
➡️ oestrogen-mimicking chemicals in your environment (think plastics, toxic cleaning & personal care products)
  
Equally, your oestrogen actually might be at a normal level, but if your progesterone is low in comparison (during your luteal phase), this could lead to many symptoms of oestrogen dominance.

This is why I love doing the Precision Analytical Inc. to see what your oestrogen to progesterone ratio is doing!

It doesn’t take much for this hormone to become imbalanced... add lots of synthetic chemicals from personal care products and non-organic meat and veggies to the above and you could have excess oestrogen!😩

One thing I absolutely wasn’t willing to compromise on for was the food 🤎

I wanted lunch to be more than just a meal.

I wanted it to be an experience.

A chance to slow down, nourish your body, connect with other women and enjoy delicious food without overthinking it.

That’s why I’m so excited to have the wonderful Vanessa, founder of creating our seasonal retreat lunch ✨

Guests will gather around the beautiful dining table at , surrounded by countryside views, before settling into my Women’s Wellbeing Workshop before heading into an afternoon of pure relaxation.

As a Women’s Health Nutritionist, I’ll be sharing some of my key tips to support stress resilience, energy and hormonal health through nutrition in a way that feels practical, realistic and empowering.

I thought it was about time I publicly addressed what people have been saying about my business lately... 👀

In all seriousness, reading these reviews never gets old.🥲

Building a business on your own can be lonely. There are plenty of moments where you question yourself, wonder if you’re making a difference, and keep showing up anyway.

Then I read words like these.

Not because they tell me I’m doing a good job, but because they remind me of the incredible women behind them. Women who refused to accept that feeling awful was “just part of being a woman”, who trusted me to support them, and who put in the work to get the results they’re now experiencing.
