Sessions held on the 2nd Wednesday morning and 3rd Friday evening. Our Sound Bath Meditation sessions at Mursley Village Hall are run by Shon Ross, Professional Sound Therapist and Reiki Drum Practitioner from Inneflow.com and are part of the "Sound Bath at" sessions across North Bucks. They take place on the 2nd Wednesday Morning and 3rd Friday evening of every month. The sessions are for adults

only 18+ (16, if with a parent). Sound Baths are a deeply meditative experience where you would usually lay down on a yoga mat (chairs are available) to then be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of a variety of beautiful sound healing instruments. They give you a chance just to be, and help alleviate stress, anxiety and depression, as you find a place of peace and calm, while you rest, relax and re-balance. Sound Baths when attended on a regular basis can be hugely therapeutic and transformative emotionally, spiritually and physically. The Hall is very to find in the Village of Mursley, just outside of Milton Keynes, with plenty available well lit parking as well as being disability friendly.
