Thank you to everyone who was able to make last night's Overnight Gong Bath, with myself and guest facilitators Lalita and Laura. It was another beautiful evening at our idyllic 13-Century Church in the Inner City village of Woolstone. Looking forward to being back again September 25th, for our popular last Friday of the month event, where I will be running 3 sessions throughout the day at:
