Every prison, every addiction clinic, every emergency room has people in it who were never once taught what to do with a feeling too big for them to hold.
We become the kind of people, families, and communities where accountability is not confused with attack, and disagreement does not have to end in harm.
Picture a workplace, a classroom, a home where someone can say "that hurt me" and be met with curiosity instead of defensiveness.
It seems more organisations are quietly starting to ask what emotional education would look like built into the systems we already have, schools, workplaces, care settings.
If emotional regulation really is crime prevention, addiction prevention, and generational healing, why do you think it still is not taught anywhere formally?
