After a long break, I’m finally back — and the end of summer feels like the perfect time to get back to work! 🌿
After a wonderful, long summer in Poland, I’m coming back with some exciting news. ✨
My passion for natural ways of supporting wellbeing and taking care of myself — especially through essential oils — has grown so much that I have now become a doTERRA Wellness Advocate. 🌿💚
Why doTERRA?
For me, it’s all about quality, purity and carefully selected ingredients. I want to feel confident about the products I use myself and recommend to others.
So from now on, you’re very welcome to come to me with questions about essential oils, natural skincare, everyday wellness rituals and safe ways to use them. 🌱
And there’s more!
Essential oils and doTERRA products will also be making their way into my treatment room, where I’ll be incorporating them into natural treatments and relaxing wellness rituals. 💆‍♀️🌿

☀️ My approach to sunshine and skin protection 🌿
I believe sunshine is important for our well-being, and I don’t think we should be afraid of it. I enjoy spending time outdoors and getting some natural sunlight while being mindful and not overdoing it.
For longer sun exposure, I prefer extra protection such as staying in the shade, wearing protective clothing, or using sunscreen. For children and for stronger protection, I pay close attention to the ingredients in the products I choose.
This sunscreen caught my attention because it has a very simple formula with only 4 ingredients: 🌿 Coconut oil
🌿 Beeswax
🌿 Shea butter
🌿 Zinc oxide
I personally like products with short and simple ingredient lists 💛
