✨ Happy New Week ✨

Sending blessings from Glastonbury as a new week begins.

I’m feeling deeply grateful to be here, surrounded by the beauty, history and unique energy of this sacred place. Over the past few days I’ve had the privilege of sharing Reiki, holding space, and witnessing the growth and transformation that can happen when people come together with open hearts.

As we move into a new week, may you find moments to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and listen to what your soul is quietly asking for.

May this week bring clarity where there has been uncertainty, peace where there has been challenge, and joy in the simple moments.

Yesterday I visited Little St Michael’s Retreat House at Chalice Well, where we’ll be gathering for Held Before You Rise this October.

I expected to see a beautiful venue.

What I didn’t expect was how deeply I would feel the place.

During my visit, Chalice Well confirmed that the Michael Ley Line runs through the retreat house itself, while the Mary and Michael Ley Lines converge nearby at King Arthur’s Court.

Yet what stayed with me wasn’t the history.

It was the feeling.

A sense of being held.

Grounded.

Supported.

As I sat in the Upper Room overlooking the gardens, I understood even more clearly why this retreat is called Held Before You Rise.

Before growth comes grounding.

Before expansion comes stillness.

Before we take the next step, we need somewhere safe enough to pause, listen and reconnect with ourselves.

This is the space I hope to create for the women joining me in October.

🌿 Out of Office 🌿

I’m currently in Glastonbury running my Reiki Master Teacher Training Course.

Over the next few days I’ll be immersed in teaching, sharing Reiki and supporting this wonderful group on their Master Teacher journey.

Messages and emails may take a little longer than usual, but I’ll respond as soon as I can on my return.

The Lounge Hair and Beauty MK is where you’ll find everything salon related, any promotional activities, model session information, available appointments, everything that’s going on within our gorgeous space!

Lisa Campbell Hairdressing will still be here but will start to direct everything booking wise over to The Lounge Hair & Beauty so eventually this page will be used mainly for inspiration, motivation, education and as an insight into working and running a busy salon space whilst juggling kids, life etc!
