In the aftermath of the recent fires around Bédar and the surrounding areas, this small sign of new life feels especially poignant.

A plant, burned and blackened by the fire, is already beginning to send out fresh green shoots.

🌿 From being burned out, there is growth — life from within.

Nature has an extraordinary ability to begin again. Even after such devastation, there can be renewal, resilience and hope.
Our thoughts are very much with everyone in Bédar and the surrounding communities affected by the fires — those who have lost homes, land, wildlife and so much of the beautiful landscape that makes this part of Spain so special.

May these first signs of new growth be a gentle reminder that, even after the darkest moments, life can find a way forward. 💚

🌿 Liberation through the Body 🌿

I’m delighted to be joining Gavin Milne to teach this online weekend retreat, hosted by Gaia House.

Yoga and meditation are natural partners. Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore how bringing awareness more fully into the body can help us develop greater presence, sensitivity and connection with our experience.

Through a combination of mindful yoga, meditation and embodied practice, we’ll create space to slow down, listen more deeply and discover how the body itself can become a gateway into mindfulness.

Whether you already have an established practice or would simply like the opportunity to spend a weekend reconnecting with yourself, you are very welcome to join us.
