My Sound Bath’s don’t just include sound healing - you will also benefit and relax from;

🪘🌟 A blend of soothing Sound Bath tones will be created to help you relax and switch off using a selection of crystal bowls, ocean drums, chimes, rain sticks and more
🔔🎶 We will then finish with some gentle gong work to release any lingering energetic blocks

* Sound baths aren’t suitable for everyone - people with epilepsy, pace makers, those who have had operations within the last 3 months, serious mental health conditions (schizophrenia, psychosis etc) first 3 months of pregnancy, serious heart conditions, very low or very high blood pressure, and people with severe ear/hearing sensitivities or conditions such as tinnitus are contraindicated
** For those with metal implants, please be aware certain sound waves may vibrate metallic compounds differently
