Three years ago, I took a leap of faith and decided to stop my mobile work and rent a studio with a vision to create a space where beauty, wellness, and self-care come together.

We’ve normalised burnout so much that exhaustion now feels “normal.”

And that’s scary.

So many people are walking around believing they’re lazy, unmotivated or failing…
when actually their nervous system is completely overloaded.

I know that feeling.
The constant tiredness.
The brain fog.
Feeling emotionally drained but still forcing yourself to keep going because life doesn’t stop.

And the worst part?
Most people just tell you to “push through.”

But your body isn’t trying to punish you.
It’s trying to protect you.

Sometimes the anxiety, exhaustion, lack of motivation or overwhelm isn’t because you’re weak…
it’s because your body has been in survival mode for too long.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people properly reset.
Not with surface-level wellness trends.
But by helping them feel safe, calm, regulated and like themselves again.

Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming back to yourself.

People see the version of the business now…

What they don’t see is how much it’s changed to get here.
The late nights and missed bedtime stories.
The self-doubt.
The pressure of trying to grow a business and be present for your family.
The moments where everything felt like too much… and I questioned if I could keep going.
Because the truth is building a business isn’t just about strategy. (Something I still need to master 🤣)

It’s emotional, It stretches you and it tests you.
And over time… my “why” has changed too.
I didn’t just start this for money.
I started it to help people feel confident. Now, It’s deeper than that. I see how many people are struggling behind the scenes.
Stress. Burnout. Anxiety. Constant pressure.
And I truly believe what we do isn’t just treatments anymore…
It’s giving people space to breathe, reset, and regulate their nervous systems.

This business has grown with me through different seasons of life,
through motherhood, through challenges, through change.
And if I’m honest… balancing it all isn’t always pretty.
Some days I feel in control, some days feel chaotic, but I’ve learned you don’t need perfect balance, you need strong reasons to keep going.
And I always come back to mine.

If you’ve ever felt like it’s all a bit much, you’re not alone.
But don’t quit on something that still matters to you.

If you’re finding the results of your treatments just aren’t lasting, It’s not always the treatment!

Most of the time it tends to be a case of one of these 3 things:

•Poor Aftercare
•Using the wrong products at home
•Skipping maintenance

This is why I don’t just do your treatment and send you on your merry way! I’ll always go over aftercare advice to educate you properly on how to get the best results that last and get you to rebook your next appointment.

Ultimately it’s up to you whether you take this advice once you leave.

But honestly my opinion is this!

What’s the point in coming and spending money if you don’t want to do the aftercare to make the results last? 🙈
