Hell Week is officially done. 🎉

What a week. Every woman who turned up, on the days you wanted to and the days you really didn’t, well done.

Now for the bit you’ve been waiting for. The winners.

Seven days. Every single one of you who turned up, especially on the days you really didn’t want to, this one’s for you.

You didn’t just get through it. You showed up for each other, round after round, day after day.

That’s the bit we’re actually proud of.

Stations, reps, a running clock.

It looks simple written down. It’s not simple by round two.

But nobody in that room was doing it alone. Same clock, same effort, same reason for showing up.

Slow, controlled, no rushing through it.

The kind of session that doesn’t leave you breathless but leaves you shaking anyway.

Nearly Halfway through Hell Week and everyone is still pushing strong.

Day two. Tabata Tuesday. ⏱️

20 seconds on. 10 seconds off. Repeat until your legs stage a protest.

It sounds simple written down. It is not simple when you’re living it.

Legs were shaking by the second round.

Nobody dropped out.

That’s the whole point of Hell Week, it’s not about how fit you turn up. It’s about proving to yourself you can finish something.

Every woman in that room did today.

Hell Week has landed. 😈

Day one was called Let the Hell Commence and honestly, it did what it said on the tin.

This isn’t about being the fittest woman in the room.

It’s about showing up when you’d rather not, In a room full of women doing the exact same thing.

Nobody’s judging your squat depth. Everyone’s just trying to survive the next set together.

That’s the bit that gets you through it.
