✨ Fascia & Reflexology ✨

Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, organ, nerve, and blood vessel in the body. Think of it as an internal web that allows everything to move smoothly and stay connected.

When fascia is healthy and flexible, the body feels light, open, and free. When it becomes tight or restricted, we may experience stiffness, pain, and limited movement.

🧠 One of the biggest factors affecting fascia health is stress.
When the nervous system is constantly under pressure, the body stays in a protective “tight” mode, and fascia can become tense, dehydrated, and restricted over time.
