Suicide… caused by a vitamin deficiency.

Her name was Georgina Owen
21 years old
A university student
Vegan

She stopped properly supplementing B12

Within months
Anxiety
Confusion
Cognitive decline
Delusions
Psychosis

A UK coroner ruled she died by su***de while experiencing delusions directly caused by severe vitamin B12 deficiency

Read that again

A nutrient deficiency changed her brain enough to take her life

If you are vegan B12 is NOT optional

You must supplement properly

You must do it consistently

No guessing

No “this spray should be fine”

No shortcuts

Must

For everyone else
You are not off the hook

You still need enough B12 rich foods

You still need proper absorption

You still need the right co factors like B6 folate iron
Because B12 alone is not the full system

This is not “low vitamins”

This is brain function breaking down

You do not get to override biology with beliefs

Remove something essential

Replace it properly

Or deal with the consequences

Mental health is not always psychological

Question: what random skills or qualifications do you have which you never use??

5+ Years ago I completed my Lv5 Diploma in Cosmetic Acupuncture (face & body).

This set was beautifully done my Lisa Holmes from Omni Therapy Rooms, Massage & Acupuncture - St Helens on the course 🙌🏼

I have over 10 Aesthetic/Cosmetic qualifications and do a fantastic spray tan! 😝 Taught to me by from Evoke Hair Beauty & Aesthetics …of course, who else would I get to teach me!

Although I don’t offer many of them as stand alone treatments, I take bits from each and integrate them into my core treatments.

Knowing how to reduce, improve, and in some cases remove a scar, or how to lift, tone and reshape a face - post stroke, or how to help zap fat cells, plump out wrinkles, and much more, all comes in extremely handy!
