I came across this business recently and pleased to see they deliver to Glenrothes and local area including Milton of Balgonie.

Pasture raised is far superior to grain fed free range. Better for the chickens, the environment and for us.

Great to see this sort of farming practice for those who want to eat eggs and I am pleased to be able to support local.

Giving a shout out to Rosy who has a great selection of organic herb plants that she grows from seed.

Medicinal herbs make a great addition to the garden border and it is always good to support small independent producers.

So if you are looking to create a medicinal herb garden or just fancy a few interesting plants for you border take a look at Potted Remedies.

Happy Gardening Folks.

Hi folks, who knew? There is a musical about Alexander Fleming, the discovery of antibiotics and antibiotic resistance.

Had a sneaky wee night out in Edinburgh visiting some old haunts of my misspent youth and met three lovely actors/singers who were in Edinburgh rehearsing.

I thought it was a play and then Robbie from said it was actually a musical. Here he is giving it a shout out.

Thought I would give it a share here as lots of folk like this page and it is health related and antibiotic resistance is something that could affect us all in the future.

Nature hopefully will provide an answer.

Two of my favourite medicinal mushrooms. Safe, effective, non toxic and many clients have benefitted from them over the years.

You can buy toxic crap to eat, artifical sweeteners, UPFs, to***co, alcohol -.but they want to stop you having access to two safe remedies.

Novel? What would be novel is legislators promoting good health. Its not protecting anyone. Its restricting their choices.

After a challenging year with three family bereavements I am taking an extended Festive Break. Putting it out there now because I am determined to have a restive festive.

Automated bookings will still work. The dispensary will be closed without exception from 18th December (cut off 1pm) til Thursday 8th January. So make sure and order enough herbs.

Its my time to look after me after looking after everybody else all year.

Have a good one when it comes.

Thank you.

The borage is covered in honey bees this afternoon. I had thought about harvesting some borage and making tincture for clients in need of a gentle adrenal tonic. But I am going to leave it for the bees.

Pleased to see lots of pollinators out here today. Bumble bees, butterflies (cabbage white after me brassicas) and lots of honey bees too.

My garden isn't the tidiest buts its organic and absolutely full of life. A joy to behold.
