We would just like to say what great service Freda received from all of the carers who visited her daily.
Freda was very unsure about accepting carers at first but gradually felt comfortable and looked forward to their visits.
Everyone was very kind but she particularly enjoyed Ruby and Emily visiting.
Emily pointed us in the direction of getting financial help with her care which was very welcome and successful.
Ruby was with her when the ambulance was called and packed her medication and contacted us to keep us informed .
Everyone was very kind and Emily attended the funeral too which was a lovely gesture
Great service provided by all staff.
It was nice to know she was in safe hands as we did not live locally.

I would highly recommend H&R Domiciliary they looked after my mum for almost a year, sadly she had Alzheimer's and towards the end was often difficult to cope with but each carer that came was amazing with her !!! We had one carer during the week, and then others at the weekends and all of them that dealt with mum and us on a regular basis were incredibly good at their jobs and became like family.
We also had them stay with Mum whilst we were on holiday and they took fantastic care of mum 24/7 I trust them all implicitly !!! They always went above and beyond and were always there if we needed them for anything.
If you want a carer you can trust then look no further than H&R Domiciliary they are the best. Sadly Mum has now passed but they still keep in touch and I think that says everything you need to know about a care company that genuinely does care.

Fresh rolls and our new smash burger puffs and loaded sausage rolls
