🌟 Activity really does make such a difference on our weight‑loss journeys 🌟

One of the things I love about Slimming World is that our Active Lifestyle Programme isn’t about running marathons or spending hours in the gym — it’s about helping you build fitness into your everyday life in a way that feels natural, enjoyable and totally doable.

It’s all about moving more, more often… or building on what you already do. Little steps that add up to big changes.

Today I went for a very slow run with my dog Freddie 🐶 — taking in the hills, the fresh air and the beautiful scenery. We even stopped to say hello to a local donkey along the way 🫏💛 It wasn’t fast, it wasn’t fancy, but it felt good… and that’s exactly what activity should be.

And tomorrow I’ll be out and about delivering leaflets around our lovely community, spreading the word about how Slimming World — with Food Optimising, our Active Lifestyle Plan and the amazing support system — can help you achieve lifelong slimming success.

What a fantastic morning supporting Slimming World and Race for Life in Shrewsbury! 💜🏃‍♀️

At 11am, it was announced that a whopping £42,000 had already been raised by everyone attending — and I’m sure that incredible total will continue to rise over the coming days.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated, and supported such an amazing cause. Special thanks to all who helped today, especially Nina and Sandra and the other wonderful Slimming World Consultants who helped make the event such a success 🙌🥰

Together, we’re making a real difference! 💜✨

Tomorrow I’ll be taking part in the Race for Life 5K at The Quarry in Shrewsbury, raising money for Cancer Research UK 💗🏃‍♀️

I’ll actually be wearing two hats tomorrow! Not only will I be running the 5K, but I’ll also be spending some time at the Slimming World gazebo, as Slimming World is proudly sponsoring Race for Life.

If you’re coming along to cheer on and support all the amazing runners and walkers, I’d absolutely love it if you popped over to say hello! I’ll have some great goodies and free leaflets available too.

Whether you’re taking part, supporting a loved one, or just enjoying the atmosphere, please come and find me or one of the other lovely consultants and members for a chat xx
