We’ve got some lovely evenings planned for the next few months! 🥰
👩‍⚕️ 28th September – Breast Care Nurses
🌿 26th October – Breathwork, Birdsong & Rest
🎄 30th November – Christmas Pottery
All meetings are 7.30pm–9pm at Lower Hopton WMC.
Come along, bring a friend, and enjoy some friendship, support, laughter and a little time for YOU. 💕

For a small local support group like ours, donations like this mean so much. They help us continue creating a safe, friendly space where people affected by breast cancer can come together, chat, laugh, support each other and, most importantly, know that they’re not alone. 💕

Ey up! It's Yorkshire Day... and it's also the 1st of the month! 👊
While we're celebrating everything that's great about God's Own County,, from Yorkshire puddings to proper brews and warm-hearted people , let's also remember something really important...
🎀 It's time to check your b***s!
This reminder is for everyone. Although breast cancer is more common in women, men can get breast cancer too, so make sure the Yorkshire men in your life know to check as well.
Take just a couple of minutes today to know what's normal for your body. Spotting a change early can make all the difference.

Just a little reminder that our Fairy House Pottery Workshop is taking place next Monday, 27th July. 🧚🏡
Our workshop places are now fully booked, thank you so much for your amazing support! 💕
If you weren't able to get a place, you're still very welcome to pop along for a cuppa, a chat and to enjoy the lovely company. Breast Buddies is all about friendship, support and spending time with people who understand. 💗
Who knows... you might even pick up some inspiration for our next creative session!

Pinch, punch... it's the 1st of the month! 👊💗
While you're enjoying the sunshine, holidays, BBQs and making the most of the lighter evenings, don't forget to take a couple of minutes to check your b***s too. 🎀
Knowing what's normal for you could make all the difference. So, whether you're in your pyjamas, getting dressed, or hopping in the shower, make your monthly breast check part of your routine.

Because the best time to find a change is as early as possible.

💗 What a fabulous Breast Buddies evening! 💗
A huge thank you to Cath from Nicola Jane for joining us last night and sharing her knowledge, advice and beautiful range of products.
We had a wonderful evening being professionally measured, trying on bras, swimwear and prostheses, asking questions, and supporting one another in a relaxed and friendly environment. It was lovely to see so many smiles, laughter and confidence growing throughout the evening.
Thank you, Cath, for making everyone feel so comfortable and for reminding us that feeling good and feeling like yourself again really does matter. 💕
And, as always, a big thank you to everyone who came along and made the evening so special. The support, friendship and understanding within Breast Buddies is what makes our group such a welcoming place.
We look forward to seeing you all at our next meeting! 🎀
