Men Walking and Talking Mirfield will be joining. the run! (albeit walking) from Arthur's Cafe with Chris Matthews Coaching tomorrow morning. If any men 18 and over want to join us they are more than welcome.
We will also do our normal walk at 10 am from Mirfield library also, we look forward to seeing you.
Don't forget to bring the dogs for us all to fuss over. 😁 Ladies this is a perfect chance to get the hubby out of the house for a bit of fresh air.

Today, Slimming World Mirfield Trinity Saturday with Bev and Liversedge and Roberttown Slimming World with Kathryn joined forces to spread the word throughout their local community! ❤️
TeamWork definitely makes the dream work

Armed with posters, magazines and plenty of enthusiasm, we visited local shops, cafés, hairdressers and beauty salons to let people know about the support available right on their doorstep.

🌟 4 local groups proudly promoted throughout our community
