NHS Tayside have teamed up with
Abertay University, University of Dundee, Dundee and Angus College and UHI Perth to create an online Student Health Hub.

We offer NHS PHARMACY FIRST services at both our Pharmacies!

“WHAT IS NHS PHARMACY FIRST??”🤔

NHS Pharmacy First Scotland is an NHS service provided by us your local community pharmacy.
If you have a minor illness, our pharmacy is the first place you can come to for advice.

Our Pharmacists can advise on conditions such as:
Acne
Allergies
Athlete’s foot
Backache
Blocked or runny nose
Cold sores
Constipation
Cough
Cystitis (in women)
Diarrhoea
Earache
Eczema
Headache
Headlice
Haemorrhoids (piles)
Hay fever
Impetigo
Indigestion
Mouth ulcers
Pain
Period pain
Shingles
Some skin conditions such as cellulitis or insect bites
Sore throat

✳️MONIFIETH MEDICAL PRACTICE✳️
AFTERNOON CLOSURE:
WEDNESDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER FROM 1PM.

Please be advised that the Monifieth Health Centre will be closed for Protected Learning Time on Wednesday afternoon on the 2nd September.
There will be NO access to the practice
between 1PM - 6PM.
Regular services will resume on Thursday, the following day.

In case of emergencies, their on-call team will be available to assist you.
Services will be provided by Out of Hours (OOH) for cases of emergency.

If you require emergency assistance
between 1PM - 6PM that requires a GP please phone 01382 534301.
You will be required to provide information that will be shared with Out of Hours Services.

▪️Please note that both Ashludie Pharmacy & Troup Pharmacy shall be open and our NHS Pharmacy First Services are always available too!

Take your own Blood Pressure Machine along to be checked and calibrated
FREE OF CHARGE

No appointment necessary.

⛳️CHARITY GOLF EVENT!⛳️

Monifieth Pharmacies are the
Main Sponsors of this Event which has been organised by
Monifieth & District Rotary Club.

This year we shall be supporting two local charities:
Monifieth Befrienders
Monifieth Athletic Football Club 2010 Reds

(Note that the Rotary Club of Monifieth support many other local charities with their fundraising throughout the year also!)

⛳️The Event is being hosted by
Grange & Broughty Golf Club on
Sunday 13th September.

🏌🏼‍♂️For participants there are fabulous prizes and raffles to be won throughout the day!

🏌🏼‍♂️We are inviting teams of 3 to participate with first tee off time being 11am.

We are all looking forward to a fantastic day of golf and to awarding our two chosen charities a healthy donation!
