One of our core values as a charity is to represent the patient voice as strongly as we can. The consultation on the upcoming NICE Guidelines for PMOS was no exception.

There's power in numbers, so we asked you to complete a fairly detailed survey giving us your feedback on the draft guidelines — so we could feed that back alongside the charity's own views.

Here's just a few highlights of what you told us:

💜 78% say the draft guidelines improve on the care you get now
💜 94% don't believe they will actually be delivered
💜 97% say excess hair, hair loss and acne are medical — not cosmetic
💜 Of the 210 of you who wanted a GLP-1 medicine, 4 got one on the NHS
💜 91% of respondents from global majority backgrounds want BMI thresholds adjusted for ethnicity
💜 Only 7 of 315 had ever been asked whether your beliefs affect your treatment
💜 65% have paid privately for care the NHS wouldn't fund

What came out was evidence so strong we wanted to make sure it gets noticed. So we've poured it all into a full and detailed report, which we're now sharing with the APPG for PMOS and with the people who make policy, pathway and funding decisions.

The official NICE Guidelines for PMOS are expected in December. When they land, you can bet we'll be analysing them to see how the community's feedback was considered, and what they mean for PMOS care going forward.

When our reproductive reflexologists train with us, they learn all about reproductive health and how the whole body is involved in the process.

There are a great deal of complex and integrated bodily processes which contribute to fertility, and these can be affected by external factors such as stress. It's important to understand what is going on across the body in order to support the best possible outcomes.

For our reproductive reflexologists, it's not just about supporting fertility. It's about working with the whole person and understanding everything that may be affecting their reproductive health for both men and women.

Say hello to the newest member of our family. Name still to be decided! The most amazing part of this is that he was born on my husbands birthday and that the family who have been caring for him have called him Rocco (my sons name). If that wasn’t meant to be, I don’t know what is! 😍😍 he’ll be with us permanently from 11th September. My heart is bursting!

I have had a number of clients visit me recently complaining of pain, aching, stiffness and general pain the lower legs and feet.
