The earlier you enrol, the more months you can spread your instalments out over. We know finances can be difficult right now but this makes training with us much easier financially.

The BAST method combines carefully considered therapeutic sound techniques which have been shown to affect mind, body and emotions in different ways.

At the core of the BAST method are our reflective techniques which enable a client to gain insight into their personal ‘wholing’ process. Our method of reflective process is based around the ‘Cooper Sax 7 Rs Model of Experiential Processing’. This model is also affectionately known as ‘The 7Rs’ (which is less of a mouthful!).

Reflective techniques combined with the therapeutic sound really enables us to gain a deep insight into a person’s process and empower them to make life-changing improvements to their health and wellbeing. This is what makes it so powerful and more than just nice sounds.
