I hear this surprisingly often.
That familiar ache when you get out of the car.
The stiffness when you first stand up.
Having to think twice before bending down to put your shoes on.
When back pain has been there for months or even years, it’s easy to start accepting it as part of life.
At Pro-Wellness, I don’t simply work on the painful area. Depending on what I find, treatment may combine hands-on musculoskeletal work, KCR, Acupuncture and movement correction to address the wider pattern that may be contributing to the problem.
You don’t necessarily have to just “put up with it”.
