At many clubs and live venues, sound levels can reach around 100dB or more - enough for hearing damage to start after relatively short exposure without protection. Earplugs, taking breaks from the loudest areas and stepping back from the speakers can all help.

Eager for a new challenge, she sought a role that would allow her to apply her skills in a different setting. Finding the right job was crucial for her, and most importantly, she wanted to be part of a friendly, professional team that feels like family. Now, she's thrilled to have found just that!

Residing in the beautiful Forest of Dean, Claire enjoys exploring the countryside and loves encountering wildlife during her walks. While her passion has always been fostering and rescuing dogs, she is currently taking a break to travel more—an opportunity she hasn't had before.
