One of our practitioners is offering an affordable Grassroots Shiatsu Workshop in Trellech this weekend - might be a nice way to ease into learning about energy, Shiatsu touch and acupressure points. Links are below if you are interested.

A final place has opened for this weekend’s Shiatsu workshop in Trellech.

This will be a calm, hands-on afternoon exploring touch, presence, and simple ways to support the body — including a short Shiatsu routine and a few key acupressure points to take home.

We’ll also gently explore the Five Elements, offering a different way to understand energy and balance and how this can be supported with presence and touch.

The workshop is being held in a quiet, welcoming barn setting — a space that naturally invites you to slow down, rest, and reconnect.

Our hearts and thoughts are with all those affected by the recent floods in Monmouth. As Monmouth Natural Health Clinic (MNHC) home is at The Bridges Community Centre we have also been impacted but the MNHC team are still available to help and support you so please do reach out to us. While we hope to be able to start offering sessions from Bridges next week (tbc) many of us are still able to offer sessions on-line and in person at alternative premises.

Gratitude goes to all those that helped with the rescue and the clean up and to those offering on going support.
