These are one of the most common injury types in running and covers such injuries as tendinopathys. Where a muscle and tendon can’t meet to demand of what you are trying to ask of it. Which can cause a low dull ache at the tendon when not active.

Yep us therapists deal with injuries, ignore signs and symptoms when things aren’t right, train when we should rest, not work on our weaknesses.

We preach all these things and try to help you guys with your injuries, yet we can be off the mark with our training.

The important thing is we’re not looking for perfection. It’s learning what to do when things pop up, how to manage load, when to reduce things and how to structure a rehab plan to actually recover.
