Have you been affected by prostate cancer? The Bay Prostate Cancer Support Group is here to help you. If you've been diagnosed with or have been impacted by prostate cancer, then you can reach out to this welcoming and supportive group who meet every month for a cuppa and a chat.

🧠 Understanding ADHD: Support & Your Options

Join us for a relaxed and practical 2-hour workshop for parents and carers of children with ADHD, with guest speaker Toni Lancaster, ADHD Assessor.

We’ll explore how ADHD can affect attention, impulsivity, emotional regulation, executive functioning, routines and motivation, as well as practical strategies that can help at home.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about ADHD assessments, NHS pathways, Right to Choose, private diagnosis and available support, with an anonymous question box for anything you’d like to ask.
