🤌Might seem like a simple thing, your pooch relaxing in the sun but if you saw her even just a few weeks back you'd see how much of an achievement this is. It lasted a few moments, but it's enough to let me know that consistent efforts gain results.

😁For context I live on a bus route with lots of neighbours with bikes, she panics every time she hears one, shakes in fear and pees all over my house.

😁A whole 3 years ago I graduated from roots and shoots, the growing club.

💜I met some amazing women, some I will never forget!! Learnt a lot about resilience and perseverance, just need to put it into practice 🤣

🤔This reminds me how much creativity I'm lacking and how I need to stop giving up, I had so many ideas and plans for airbrushing bath bombs, hit so many snags and gave up.

👌The only way is up, baby!!!

Lately I haven’t really felt like myself, so I needed something grounding… and honestly, what better way than getting my hands dirty 🌱

These little succulents all came from ONE plant 🪴 Swipe through to see the process because I’m actually so proud of how they turned out. There’s something really calming about repotting plants, being outside, and spending time in the garden — even if mine is currently screaming for a proper weeding session 😅

Unfortunately, the back pain said “absolutely not” to a full garden makeover, so we’re taking baby steps over here 😂 But today reminded me that slowing down and doing small things you enjoy can really help reset your mind a bit 💚
