RWST lodges - Wowcher deal - please make sure you upgrade to a lodge as the deal is actually for an apartment. We stayed in number 12, this backed onto the road- ask to be away from the road.
Lovely and clean, scenery unbelievable. 2 communal hot tubs (we were the only ones using them) one indoor and one outdoor.

Gwydir Forest Park - parked at Cae’n y Coed LL24 0DF
Walk in Llanrwst

Day 2
Llyn Peris
Llyn Padard including visits the “lonely tree”
Ceunant Mawr Waterfall - absolutely gorgeous
Y Dre Newydd (the barracks) definitely worth the climb - views unreal
Beautiful meal @ The Tal Y Cafn

Day 3
Llyn Gwynant - absolutely amazing place - definitely recommend

🥹 One of those moments where we have to pinch ourselves…

Today we qualified for our FOURTH FREE HOLIDAY ✈️🌴

And honestly, it still doesn’t quite feel real.

This isn’t something we ever started the business for. We started because we wanted to help people feel better, get healthier and create lives they genuinely love.

The fact that, along the way, we’ve been rewarded with experiences like this is something we’re incredibly grateful for.

A 5-star, all-expenses-paid holiday, given as a thank you for the lives we’re helping change through Peninsula Nutrition. ❤️

We get to wake up every day and do something we genuinely love — helping people create better habits, watching confidence grow, celebrating health wins and building something alongside some amazing people.

And then moments like today remind us just how lucky we are.

We don’t take any of it for granted.

Thank you for this incredible opportunity. 🙏❤️

👭 There’s something extra special about helping families get healthier together. ❤️

Meet Jo & Dawn, two sisters from our nutrition club, who had their reviews this week.

Between them, they’ve lost an incredible 7½ stone! 😍👏

But what makes us happiest isn’t just the number on the scales…

It’s seeing them support each other, build better habits and make healthier choices together. 💪🏼

Because when you’ve got someone alongside you, it makes the journey so much more enjoyable — and having a family member who understands what you’re working towards can make such a difference. ❤️

At Peninsula Nutrition, we LOVE seeing families and friends doing this together.

It’s not about a quick fix or going on another diet.

It’s about learning how to nourish your body, create habits that fit real life and build a healthier lifestyle for the long term.

And Jo & Dawn are a brilliant example of what can happen when you do it together. 🥰

☀️ Sunday morning… time to reflect, reset and recharge. 💕

Sunday is my time to take a breath, look back on the week that’s just gone and get ready for the week ahead.

✨ Reflect What went well this week? What have I achieved? What have I learned? And what could I do differently next time?

📝 Plan – Getting organised, setting my intentions and making sure I’m focused on the things that really matter in the week ahead.

🔋 Recharge – Because building a business, looking after everyone else and following your dreams is great, but you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is slow down, switch off and take some time for yourself.

Not every week goes to plan, and that’s okay. Progress isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about recognising how far you’ve come, celebrating the little wins and giving yourself permission to rest.

Here’s to a fresh week, new opportunities, a clear head and a fully recharged battery. 💪❤️
