Reiki / Counselling Services - path to the mind, body and soul Lynn Evans.Reiki Practitioner and Psychotherapist. Registered Member of The British Association For Counselling & Psychotherapy. www.lynnevanscounselling.com

Tai Chi instructor , 4th Degree Blackbelt in Goyararu Martial Arts. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful complementary therapy. It encourages deep relaxation and brings balance to both mind and emotions . It works on every level PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY . The Japanese word Reiki means 'Universal Energy' This energy flows through all living things and is vital to wellbeing . If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Martial Arts , Tai chi, Yoga and Acupuncture are also based on the free-flow of this energy in a person . Known as 'Ki' in Japan ,'Chi' in China and 'Prana' in India. The beneficial effects of Reiki can often be felt for several days ,promoting a sense of empowerment and a calmer response to lifes challenges .Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy that can be used safely by people of all ages, in any situation and works effectively alongside conventional healthcare . I also provide a professional and confidential counselling service at the same premises.

Dolly Parton was never a witch, but magic followed her everywhere.

It lived in the Smoky Mountains that raised her, in the old stories passed through her family and in the songs that arrived through dreams. Dolly spoke openly about relatives with clairvoyant gifts and believed she carried a little of that second sight herself.

Her magic was also deeply human.

It was stitched into coats made from scraps, hidden inside songs that carried people through heartbreak and placed into millions of books given freely to children.

Dolly showed generations of women that softness could exist beside strength, faith beside freedom and kindness beside fierce ambition.

The woman may have left the mountain, but her voice will always echo through it.

Rest peacefully, Dolly.

The world will always love you.

“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.”
