It’s starting to take shape 👀

Just last week, this was an empty yard. Now the structure for our new women’s only wellness club at GIRLCODE GYM is officially going up 🧱🪚

Sauna, ice baths, lounge space, somewhere to work, somewhere to switch off and a few other ideas we’re keeping to ourselves for now 👀

Still a long way to go, but it’s pretty exciting seeing something we’ve been planning for months finally becoming real.

We’ll be sharing the whole build as it happens. Make sure to follow along.

West Kirby - that’s a wrap for now 👋

Last night, we packed up for the final time and said goodbye to our little home at Rebecca Mellor | YOGAFIT®️

Over the last 7 months, we’ve seen so many memories made in this courtyard - girls’ run clubs, men’s mental health groups, first dates, catch-ups with friends, family time, post-gym recovery and plenty of people sweating out the night before 😅

We really have seen it all.

What started as another location for Detox quickly became a little community of its own and packing everything away last night got us a bit emotional 😢

But this isn’t goodbye to West Kirby. It’s simply the end of this chapter as we get ready for the next stage of detox and continue to grow the business.

A massive thank you to everyone who booked a session, brought a friend, came to an event or simply supported us during our time at the courtyard. You’ve all been part of the journey.

We’ll see you all again soon 🫡

For now, here are some of our favourite photos from the last 7 months… alongside a bit of the carnage from packing up last night 😅
