💙 June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month 💙
A gentle reminder that it’s okay to not be okay.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, burnout — or just feeling a bit lost — you are not alone. Support looks different for everyone, and that’s okay too. It might be therapy, talking to someone who understands, getting outside, moving your body, practicing mindfulness, or simply reaching out to a friend. Every step matters.
🌱 Healing isn’t linear, but help is always there when you need it.
If you or someone you know needs to talk right now:
📞 Samaritans: Call 116 123 (free, 24/7)
💬 Shout: Text SHOUT to 85258 for confidential support anytime
📍 Andy’s Man Club: Find a local group and connect with others across 350+ UK locations
Let’s keep the conversation going, check in on each other, and remind the men in our lives (and ourselves) that reaching out is a sign of strength 🤝

A huge thank you to everyone who came to see us today at the Northumberland County Show! 💚

It’s been so special hearing your stories and learning how our service has made such a positive impact — including hearing from people who told us it has even saved their life. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who stopped by to chat with us.

We’ve loved meeting aspiring PWPs, our trustee, people our service has supported, and of course all of our furry visitors too! 🐶

A special thank you to Charlotte and Xander for their fantastic creative sign, which helped bring so many people over to speak with us.

Starting that first conversation about your mental health is always the hardest step — but it can also be the most important one.
