So many capable women are the ones everyone relies on. They keep working, keep supporting everyone else and keep saying, “I’m fine, I can cope.”
But being able to keep going doesn’t always mean everything is OK.
Sometimes the signs are already there: feeling exhausted but unable to switch off, poor sleep, overwhelm, shorter patience, loss of confidence, or finding that things you once took in your stride suddenly feel harder.
So perhaps the question isn’t:
“Am I coping?”
Perhaps it’s:
“What is coping costing me?”
Being strong doesn’t mean waiting until you feel you’re about to fall over before doing something differently.
This is exactly why Lisa and I created The Calming Reset Retreat, a retreat designed to help busy women step away from the constant demands. To understand what’s happening in their mind and body, then leave with practical tools they can continue using when they return to everyday life.
💬 Does this resonate with you? Do you think we’ve started accepting as “normal”, simply because we’re still managing to cope?
And if you’re already thinking, “I can’t keep doing things in the same way,” you don’t have to wait. You can find out more about The Calming Reset Retreat and book your place here: https://lisaandpaulaswpw.as.me/Retreat
