Take some much needed time out with our deeply restorative workshop. We’ll explore a range of techniques to regulate and calm the nervous system to escape the ‘fight or flight’ response. Learn to reconnect with your self and take some much needed time out. We’ll start by energising movements and powerful breath work to wake up our system. We'll then move onto more a calming session with myofascial release and yin yoga. We'll then take you through an immersive sound journey and guided meditation. This will be enhanced with reiki healing during the soundbath.
