I’ve been a little quieter on here recently because behind the scenes Mrs MacLaughter has been evolving.
For a long time my work sat between different worlds — wellbeing, education, laughter-based practice, facilitation and stress support.
I knew the sessions were helping people, but I also knew there was something deeper developing underneath it all.
