Mondays yin and breath work class at Widhaw Sports Centre is now available to book on the Active NL app and website. For some reason it had dropped off the timetable but for those who have been trying to book, its all good now. X

I done this course last year. It was a great course, is very knowledgeable and made the course enjoyable too. I highly recommend.

Looking forward to covering Yoga at Broadwood Leisure Centre, Cumbernauld for the next couple of weeks. Friday mornings 09.30-10.30, 10.30-11.30, and Mondays 19.30-20.30 from tomorrow 27th March 26, last day of cover 10th April 26. Look forward to seeing you there.
